Collection: Mortuarariums

Home decor to hang on the walls or for decorating cabinets, tables and altar spaces. They are made of skulls, earth elements, bugs, thrifted items, recycled goods, and a hefty amount of time. 

In each "Mortuararium" (mortuary + terrarium), I place the stones, the pieces of bark, all the moss, all the acorns and snail shells, every little piece. Each one is meticulously made and although, these take anywhere from 2-8 hours from start to finish, including the foraging and processing of said foraging, I love this long, detail-oriented process of mimicking the forest in a small space.
